When you book a free demo, you trust us with your details and your child’s. This page explains exactly what we collect, why, who can see it, and when we delete it. Booking details go directly to ThinkRight’s own database on Cloudflare D1 — there is no third-party form processor — and are automatically erased after 180 days.

The booking form, and nothing more.
The free-demo booking form is the only place we collect your personal data. We do not ask for an email or payment, and there are no parent accounts or logins. Specifically, we collect:
- Parent / guardian name
- so our center team knows who to greet and call back
- Child's name
- to personalise the free demo session for your child
- Child's age
- to place your child in the right age-appropriate demo (we serve ages 0–7)
- Phone number
- our only contact channel — we call / WhatsApp you to schedule the demo
- City
- to route you to the nearest ThinkRight center
- Preferred center
- to book the demo at the center you chose
- Source / UTM tags & an anonymous session id
- to understand which campaign brought you here, so we improve our outreach
Why we collect this information
ThinkRight collects the details above for ONE purpose: to contact you and schedule a free demo class for your child at your nearest center. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use it for any purpose beyond arranging and following up on your demo.
How your data is captured (first-party)
When you submit the booking form, your details are sent directly to ThinkRight’s own database hosted on Cloudflare D1. There is no third-party form processor (no Google Forms, no external survey tool) — the data goes first-party, straight to ThinkRight.
We use exactly one external processor: Resend, solely to send your booking-confirmation email on a best-effort basis. Resend receives only what is needed to deliver that confirmation. No other third party receives your booking details.
Our website analytics are cookie-less and consent-gated. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and Cloudflare Analytics Engine, which run only after you accept analytics in our consent banner; they do not set advertising cookies and do not track you across other websites. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party advertising tracker.
How long we keep it (retention)
We retain your booking lead for 180 days (about 6 months) from the day you submit the form. After that window, your record is automatically deleted by a scheduled daily purge that removes every lead whose retention date (`delete_after`) has passed. This is enforced in code — not a manual promise — so your data does not linger beyond the stated period.
Children’s data
Because ThinkRight serves children aged 0–7, the booking form collects a child’s first name and age, provided by the parent or guardian who submits the form. We treat this as sensitive and apply the same first-party storage, limited purpose, and automatic deletion described above. We never publish a photograph of a child on this website without documented parental consent on file.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@thinkright.co.in and we will action your request. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
