What Actually Happens in a Free ThinkRight Demo Class

Booking a free demo is the easiest way to understand ThinkRight — far easier than any explanation. But we know that walking into something new with your child can feel like a leap. So here is exactly what to expect, start to finish, with no surprises.
How long it takes
A demo class runs about 45 to 60 minutes, depending on your child's age band. That's it — one short, relaxed visit. There is no commitment, no test, and nothing to prepare. You simply arrive, settle in, and we take it from there.
What your child does
A ThinkRight session does not look like a classroom, and a demo is a real session — not a sales pitch with your child watching. Within the first few minutes most children are simply in it: enjoying a fast, warm, flowing mix of images, sounds, music, movement, and play.
Depending on age, your child might:
- follow a quick, joyful stream of images and cards designed to engage the right brain;
- move, clap, and play to rhythm — because movement is how the young brain learns;
- explore memory, pattern, and imagination games that feel like fun, not work;
- get gentle one-to-one warmth from a facilitator who is reading your child the whole time.
Everything is paced to your child's mood. If they're shy at first, that's completely normal — our facilitators are used to it, and most children warm up quickly once the play begins.
What you, the parent, will see
This is the part most parents tell us surprised them. You won't be sitting in a waiting room — you'll see the session, and you'll see your own child in it. Watch for:
- Engagement — how quickly your child leans in and wants more.
- Attention — the small stretches of real focus, often longer than at home.
- Delight — the genuine enjoyment, because joyful learning is the whole point.
- The "how," not just the "what" — you'll start to see why the approach is built the way it is, and how it differs from a playschool or an activity class.
What happens after
After the session, our team will talk you through what you saw, answer your questions, and explain which programme tier fits your child's age and stage — Foundation, Cognition, Elevation, or Mastery. There is no pressure to decide on the spot. The demo exists so you can make an informed choice, on your own time.
Ready when you are
The free demo is genuinely free, and genuinely useful even if you decide it isn't for you right now. The best way to understand what ThinkRight does for a child is to watch your own child do it.
